Platform Fee:

Charged to sustain operations and improve the platform for a hassle-free app experience.

Refund Policy for Platform Fee:

1. Order Lost/Undelivered: Full refund, including the platform fee.

2. Partial Order Cancellation/Returns: Platform charges will not be refunded.

3. Full Order Cancellation: Platform charges will be refunded.

4. Fair Usage Policy Non-Compliance: Non-refundable, regardless of order value.

o Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.


GlitzWestern’s Shipping Fee

Shipping Fee:

1. Covers delivery, post-order services, and high return rates.

2. Charged in the following cases:

Orders below INR 1199 (except personal care items below INR 299).

Calculated after applying discounts and coupons.

Exempt for GlitzWestern Insiders.

Refund Policy for Shipping Fee:

1. Order Lost/Undelivered: Full refund, including the shipping fee.

2. Partial Order Cancellation: Non-refundable.

3. Full Order Cancellation: Refundable.

4. Returns: Non-refundable.

5. Fair Usage Policy Non-Compliance: Non-refundable.

GlitzWestern’s Fair Usage Policy

Aims to prevent misuse of customer-friendly return services.

Customers with a high return rate or frequent order refusals may face non-refundable shipping fees.

Delivery Policies

Order Status:

Check via “My Orders” section on the App/Website/M-site.

Delivery PIN Code Check:

Use the “Check Delivery Options” tool on the product page.

Delivery Partners:

GlitzWestern Logistics and other partners like Blue Dart and Delhivery.

International Delivery:

GlitzWestern currently delivers only within India.

Faster Delivery:

No expedited delivery service available at present.

Pilferage or Missing Items

Reporting Pilferage:

Report within 72 hours of delivery.

Provide required details, including snapshots of tampered packaging.

Refund/Exchange:

Refunds processed post-investigation.

Refunds may be denied in cases of inadequate information, tampered packaging disposal, or item usage post-delivery.

Multi-component items (e.g., Kurta sets) will only have exchange options, based on availability.


GlitzWestern's Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled when they are in the packed or shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on the App/Website/M-site.

This applies to all orders, including those purchased during sales.

The paid amount will be refunded to the original payment mode.

2. Modifying Shipping Address:

The shipping address can be changed before the order is processed (packed).

Use the "Change Address" option under the ‘My Orders’ section on the App/Website/M-site.

3. Steps to Cancel an Order:

Go to the ‘My History section in the main menu.

Select the item or order you want to cancel and follow the instructions.

4. Refund Timeline and Process:

Cash on Delivery: No refund since payment was not made.

Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet: Refund is processed to the source account within 7-10 days.

PhonePe Wallet: Instant refund post-cancellation. For transfer to a bank account, contact PhonePe customer support.
